1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License to Use

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the App.
• Use it for illegal purposes.
• Distribute or share the App without permission.

3. App Functionality

The App allows you to create, view, edit, print, email, or SMS-share documents like estimates, work orders, and invoices. No registration is required. Data is synchronized via your iCloud account using CloudKit. You may access the camera, contacts, and photo gallery with your permission to enhance documents. The App includes web views to third-party AI services (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, Claude, Copilot). Use of these is subject to their terms; we are not responsible for their content or availability.

4. Subscription

Upon first installation, you can create up to 8 documents completely free. All features of the app are available without restrictions during this limit. After you reach the 8 free documents, a subscription is required to continue creating new documents. The subscription is a monthly auto-renewable plan at $9.99 USD, processed through Apple’s In-App Purchases. Benefits: Unlimited creation and editing of documents. Without subscription: You can access, delete, print, email, or SMS-share existing documents, but cannot create or edit documents. Renewal: Automatically renews at the end of each period unless canceled. Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your Apple ID settings > Subscriptions. No partial refunds. Payments: Handled by Apple; we do not access your payment details. All sales are final, with refunds subject to Apple's policies.

5. User Content

Any documents or data you create grant us a license to store and synchronize via CloudKit as needed for App functionality. You are responsible for your content and must not upload illegal or infringing material.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire ownership rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Puerto Rico.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified via the App. Continued use implies acceptance.
